Look good, feel good. We’ve all heard it before but that’s the thing…sometimes clichés are clichés for a reason. This majorly overused phrase rings true for me, especially when it comes to working out.
I don’t know about you, but the more confident I feel walking into a workout, the harder I work out, and the days I feel “meh”, my workouts tend to reflect that mood too.
I’ve tried a lot (and I do mean a lot) of workout clothes and have found some staples over the past few years. Personally, I also wear my workout clothes around even when I’m not working out—errands, weekends, lounging, etc.. so I like to invest in pieces that I know can handle a lot of wear and items I feel great in.
