Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas

Get cute for the meal and then get comfy for the pie.

cozy top. cozy bottoms. slippers.

pj set. fuzzy socks (similar).

Are you a dressed up or casual Thanksgiving kind of person? I consider myself somewhere in-between. I usually go for a dress and boots or leggings and a sweater (that kind of thing), but pretty much right after we eat I change into my comfiest of comfies. You know, the joggers and pullovers. The extra elastic waist band type. There’s just something so wrong about eating your leftovers and pie without the sweats. Am I right? I’m really hoping I’m not alone here.

I recently grabbed a few pieces from Nordstrom that I think would be perfect for both the dressier part of Thanksgiving, and the ultra comfy, loads of pie part. The key to dressing up on Thanksgiving is to still pick items that are well, comfy lol, this dress was pretty perfect for that. Super roomie but still looks put together. There’s nothing worse than having tight jeans on when you’re insanely full and trying to get cozy on the couch with the famβ€”well, aside from a lip that smears every time you take a bite of food. It’s also major key to make sure you have a lip that won’t budge with all the indulging. This one has been a favorite for years (also from Nordstrom). It comes in several really pretty shades but is the only liquid lip I’ve tried that doesn’t come off while eating or drinking.

Who else is counting down the days to Thanksgiving (and maybe black Friday and cyber Monday too, lol). I’ve been keeping my eye out for deals and saw that Nordstrom is giving a sneak peak into their cyber deals that start on the 27th, which is pretty awesome! I already have my eye on a few things I can’t wait to get. What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

Thank you to Nordstrom for collaborating with me on this post. All opinions are of course my own.

Can anyone ever have too many joggers? I think the answer is no, never lol. These are super soft and are perfect for lounging around.

I paired these with the Thread & supply joggers and it pretty much looked like a set. I love a good sweatshirt!

This dress reminded me SO much of the Rails one that I was obsessed with but for under $50, so I had to have it. The fit is TTS and is flowy but the slightly cinched waist still give you a shape!

Pajama sets are pretty much all the rage in fall. I love an outfit I can roll out of bed in then go about my morning feeling half put together lol.
