BEST SHOES FROM THE NORDSTROM SALE

The rest of my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale order just came in and I have so many good things to share with you guys! The shoe selection was really great this year, so just like I did a dedicated post to beauty, I thought it would be good to do a full post all about the shoes I purchased and love. Shoes can be hard to buy online without knowing the quality, sizing etc., so I thought it would be helpful to share reviews on my favorites.

Stay tuned for another big try-on post, bright and early tomorrow morning!

I’ve had my eye on these boots for a few years now, and I can finally say that I’m so glad I pulled the trigger and added them to my closet. They’re classic, extremely well-made, and worth every penny! They run a bit small, so I recommend going up a size.

I went a little ‘Rag + Bone’ wild, but to me, the sale is THE perfect time to pick up pricier investment pieces. Pieces that I know I will wear a ton this fall and winter for a discount? Yes, please! Believe it or not, these are so comfortable.  Because they have no heel, I know I will be living in them when baby comes this fall! I seriously feel like I could walk miles in these, they’re that good.  I sized up a size for these as well and they fit perfectly. I ended up going with the “Hazel Suede” color. They look very yellow on the site, but in person they are a beautiful cognac color.

These (finally) came in the mail yesterday and I have been all kinds of heart eyes ever since. I haven’t seen anyone share these yet and actually ended up posting them on Instagram, because they were fully stocked and I wanted you all to get the chance to pick them up. I love the rich rose color for fall, the velvet, the jewels…they’re just perfect! The site says to order down for these, but I went with my normal size and they are perfect.

I’m a sucker for all things cheetah. These are so chic, could easily be dressed up or down and, so far, have been more comfortable than most slides. They do run a little small, so I recommend going up a half size from your normal size. They’re on sale for $59, which is a total steal! So much so that I got them in black too.

The sale is a great time to pick up a classic pair of Hunter boots. These are a total wardrobe staple, especially if you live somewhere where it rains frequently. I love the updated style they came out with this year – the two buckles, super cute! They only come in whole sizes, which can be a little tricky. Last year, I made the mistake of going down a size and this year I went up a size and they fit much better.

I’ve been coveting a pair of Vince slides for awhile now. I love how effortless and classic they are. These are fun because they have a satin finish, but I haven’t decided between the olive color and the grey color just yet. They run TTS.

Can you guys tell that I love slip-on sneakers yet? haha! I’ve loved them for years, but think that I will REALLY be living in them when baby girl comes. I’ve already worn these around a bunch and they are super comfortable. I also find the tan color to help in elongating my legs…and, let’s be real, I’ll take all the help I can get!

If I’m being honest, the last thing I need is another pair of Nike’s, but I just couldn’t resist the cute mint and grey combo! The Nike Free’s are one of my favorite shoes to workout in because they’re super lightweight and flex nicely as you move. They run TTS.

I did have one pair that I didn’t love and wanted to quickly share that as well. I ordered this pair of Vans, just got them in today, and was disappointed. The color online looked like more of a taupe and it was straight-up grey in person. I typically love grey, but it just wasn’t what I had in mind. In addition, I tried them on and didn’t find them to be very comfortable. Needless to say, they will be going back, but everything else was a win!

As you can see (all in all), this year was a successful shoe year for me! I know with tons of pages in the sale and the risk of things running out, it can be stressful, so I hope that this round-up and review of my favorites was helpful for you guys!
