How fun are these fringe shorts?! Fringe is a complete season must. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you know I’m all about classic, chic pieces but every once in a while I like to dip my toe in the trendy pool if you will. When purchasing trendy pieces, there are a few important things I like to think about and following – 1. The price has to be right. I am ALL for investing on the pieces that you’ll have and love for a while (ie. the basics), but when finding the right trendy pieces, the price tag should reflect their shelf-life. These shorts do just that! 2. Something that makes you happy to wear. This sounds obvious but have fun with fashion! You’ll be amazed at how much the right outfit can change your mood. 3. Go for trendy pieces in basic colors. I love doing this because it bridges the gap between trendy and wear(a lot)able. I snagged these black shorts last week and have already worn them multiple times – that’s what I call trendy done right!
