I’m a creature of habit. When I find something I love and that works for me, I’ll do in on repeat: i.e., my daily smoothie.
I love this smoothie because it’s healthy, easy to make, tastes like a milkshake and is packed with protein! I get so many DM’s on the daily asking how I make it and what protein powder I use, I thought it would be easiest to share it here.
Let me start by saying, I don’t really use exact measurements, I just kind of “eyeball it”, so don’t worry about it being perfect!
What I Use:
Magic Bullet Blender: I use the Magic Bullet and love it. I’ve had mine for years and Alex actually recently got me a new one (I haven’t used it yet), because I use mine so much. Personally, I can’t deal with cleaning a regular blender daily, so this is way easier!
Orgain Organic Protein Powder: Chocolate is my personal favorite flavor and what I use in the smoothie. I order mine here. It’s also dairy free, soy free, gluten free etc., which is a win for me!
PB2 – powdered peanut butter (it has less fat).
1 Banana
Almond Milk
Ice
How to Make it:
As I mentioned earlier, I don’t really have exact measurements, but I always start with a little ice and add in the almond milk (see below roughly how much I use. Then, add 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 spoon of PB2, about 3/4 of a banana and blend!
