Get Ready With Me on Snapchat

Hi beauties! Today’s post is a little different – I’ll be doing a ‘Get Ready With Me’ over on Snapchat (follow along at CourtShields87). If you guys have been following for a while now, you know that I’d usually do a #CourtChat and achieve everything that way, but since the video is going to be pretty long, I decided to do a quick round up of all the products instead!

Product Break-Down

  1. Dewy Skin Mist
  2. Lotion with SPF 50
  3. Primer
  4. Liquid Glow – used shade “Champagne Pop”, but if it’s sold out I also have and love “Opal” and “Moonstone”
  5. CC Cream 
  6. Correct + Conceal (shade: light-medium)
  7. Set under eyes (shade: Incandescent Light)
  8. Powder to set face
  9. Bronzer 1  (shade: Give Me Sun) + Bronzer 2 (shade: Luminous Bronze Light)
  10. Blush Palette, sold out but try this blush (same brand) for a very similar feel. Try shade “Snap Dragon”
  11. Highlight (shade: Champagne Pop)
  12. Eyeliner (shade: Trooper)
  13. Mascara Primer
  14. Mascara + Loreal Butterly

  1. Beauty Blender
  2. Bronzer Brush 
  3. Blush Brush 
  4. Eye Brush

  • How important is it to use powder to set your concealer? I currently use primer, foundation, concealer but then usually go straight to a matte bronzer. Does setting powder make a big difference?

    • Hi! Well, there are no rules in makeup, so whatever works for you! Depends what kind of skin you have - I love setting the under eyes cause it makes my makeup last. I never used to set my whole face but in the summer months I do, I also find that the bronzer goes on smoother because the powder gives a canvas rather than going straight onto of liquid! Either way works :) I recommend trying it and seeing what you think! xx
